The purpose of the article is to reveal the content of the main Ukrainian culturological and art personological concepts and to identify the personal determinants of the composer's creative personality. The methodology is to apply the personological approach and methodology of culturological and art regionalism as basic for characterizing the personal determinants of the composer's creative personality, as well as the analytical method for characterizing scientific concepts of Ukrainian scientists in the field of personal art. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the definition of personal parameters in the field of cultural and artistic personology, which are determinants of the composer's creative personality. Conclusions. In the Ukrainian culturological and art personology the most significant are the scientific developments of V. Batanov, T. Husarchuk, I. Drach, V. Zharkova, O. Komenda, I. Konovalova, N. Savytska, V. Stepurko, S. Tyshko, L. Shapovalova, I. Shestrenko. The works of these researchers lay the foundations for a comprehensive description of the composer's personality, which allows to create a holistic concept of personal determinants of creative individuality, but they do not pay enough attention to the local context of the life scenario of artists. Among the most important determinants that form the creative individuality of the composer, the epoch and generation to which the artist belongs; features of the deployment of his life scenario; the ratio of extraversion and introversion vectors in the activity complex of the composer; individual musical style, genre priorities and use of the most significant cultural symbols, codes, archetypes; locus as a cultural space in which the life scenario of the artist unfolds are indicated.
Мета роботи. У статті охарактеризовані фортепіанні твори В.Косенка житомирського періоду роботи майстра. Доведено, що увагу митця привертали різні сфери людського життя і діяльності: політико-громадянський пафос, романтика праці, духовний світ сучасника. Методологія дослідження полягає в застосуванні історико-логічного методу аналізу даних для розкриття ретроспективного масиву даних, щодо репертуару у житомирський період творчості В.Косенка як виконавця. Наукова новизна. Оцінена робота камерного тріо (Косенко – Скороход – Коломойцев). Проаналізовані твори, написані В. Косенком упродовж житомирського періоду діяльності. Встановлено, що наприкінці житомирського періоду творчості в інтонаційній сфері музики В.Косенка помітні серйозні зміни, зокрема він все більше звертається до народних джерел. В публікації стверджується, що ім'я В. Косенка посідає особливе місце в українській культурі першої половини ХХ ст. Композитор зумів залишити свій неповторний слід у розвитку майже всіх форм української музичної культури. Доведено, що інструментальні твори великої форми В.Косенка, створені у період розквіту його творчості, представлені автографами таких симфонічних творів, як Героїчна увертюра для великого симфонічного оркестру оp. 21, що увійшла до золотого фонду української музики, та Симфонічна поема на молдавські теми ор. 26; концерти для солюючих інструментів з оркестром: автографи Л.М.Ревуцького та Г.І.Майбороди концерту c-moll для фортепіано з оркестром ор. 23, які оркестрували його за клавіром Косенка; клавір і чернетки партитури концерту cis-moll ор. 21 та концерту B-dur для фортепіано з оркестром, концерт a-moll для скрипки з оркестром оp. 6 у редакції Г.І.Майбороди. Висновки. На базі значного фактичного матеріалу встановлено, що музика В.Косенка у житомирський період творчості відзначалася новою жанровою спрямованістю. З кінця 20-х років камерна інструментальна і вокальна творчість відступає перед масовими жанрами музики (пісня-хор, солоспів на актуальну громадянську тематику, пісні-марші для духового оркестру, хори, гармонізації й обробки народних пісень, дитячий репертуар для виконання в музичних школах, нарешті оркестрові твори). Такі зміни майже напевно були зумовлені потребою безпосередньої «розмови» композитора з новою аудиторією. ; Objective. The piano works of V. Kosenko within the Zhytomyr period of the master 's work are described in the article. Substantiated that the artist's attention was attracted by various spheres of human life and activities: political and civic pathos, labour romance, spiritual world of the contemporary. The research methodology is presented by application of the historical and logical method of data analysis in order to reveal the retrospective data set of the repertoire of V. Kosenko's work as a performer within the Zhytomyr period. Scientific novelty. The work of the chamber trio (Kosenko – Skorokhod – Kolomoytsev) was evaluated. Works written by V. Kosenko during the Zhytomyr period of activities are analyzed. It is established that at the end of the Zhytomyr creativity period serious changes in the intonation sphere of V. Kosenko's music are noticeable, in particular he increasingly turns to folk sources. The composer managed to leave his unique mark in the development of almost all forms of Ukrainian musical culture. It is proved that the instrumental works of V. Kosenko's great form, created during the heyday of his work, are represented by autographs of such symphonic works as the Heroic Overture for Grand Symphony Orchestra op. 21, which was included in the golden fund of Ukrainian music, and the Symphonic poem on Moldavian themes op. 26; concerts for solo instruments with orchestra: autographs of L. M. Revutsky and G. I. Maiboroda c-moll concerto for piano and orchestra op. 23, who orchestrated it on Kosenko's piano; piano and drafts of the score of the concerto cis-moll op. 21 and B-dur concerto for piano and orchestra, a-moll concerto for violin and orchestra op. 6 edited by G. I. Maiboroda. Conclusions. It is established on the basis of significant facts that V. Kosenko's music within the Zhytomyr period of creativity was marked by a new genre orientation. Since the late 20's chamber instrumental and vocal creativity has given way to mass genres of music (song-choir, solo songs on current civic themes, march songs for brass band, choirs, harmonization and arrangement of folk songs, children's repertoire for performance in music schools and, finally, orchestral works). Such changes were almost, certainly, were caused by the need for a direct "conversation" of the composer with a new audience.
The article analyses the role and significance of the Zhytomyr period of V. Kosenko's activity for the whole composer's creative path. The research objective is to outline the general features of the significance of the Zhytomyr period of V. Kosenko's creative work for the whole master's creative path. The master's performing and creative activity during the 1920's is considered. The author studied the Cello and Piano Sonata, created in 1923. Peculiarities of V. Kosenko's author's concerts are revealed. The significance of the composer's work for Ukrainian piano music is studied. It was found that V. Kosenko's piano works are rich in many different pianistic techniques. The research methodology involves the application of the historico-logical method. This methodological approach allows revealing and analysing the origin and formation of Ukrainian Soviet musical culture of the 1920's. The scientific novelty of the work is to establish that Kosenko's romances are perfect in form and texture, easy to understand, are melodious, marked by emotionally excited character. V. Kosenko's concert and propaganda activity deserves special attention, as its focus was conditioned by the tasks set before the intelligentsia of that time related to radical transformations in the field of education and culture (to help different segments of the population to acquire knowledge, understand the values of literature and art). Conclusions. The article notes that it was during the Zhytomyr period of creativity (during 1918-1929) that the talent of V. Kosenko as a performer-pianist and composer-lyricist was formed. It is proved that in a difficult period V. Kosenko created highly artistic pieces of chamber vocal and instrumental music, a number of songs, choirs and solo songs, as well as several symphonic works, which testified to the composer's high professionalism, the democratic focus of his music, and received wide public recognition. It was found out that in the years of origin and formation of Ukrainian music of the Soviet period V. Kosenko did not set himself cardinal tasks of the formation of the national musical language, the search for new means of expression. Instead, he was very active in defending the classical style, actively implementing its forms and methods. The composer constantly sought to raise national art to high professionalism, to the top of world classics. ; Мета дослідження – окреслення загальних рис значення житомирського періоду творчості В.Косенка для усього творчого шляху митця. У статті проаналізовані роль і значення житомирського періоду діяльності В.Косенка для усього творчого шляху композитора. Розглянута виконавська і творча діяльність майстра упродовж 1920-х років. З'ясовано, що фортепіанні твори В.Косенка насичені багатьма різноманітними піаністичними прийомами. Методологія дослідження полягає в застосуванні історико - логічного методу. Зазначений методологічний підхід дозволяє розкрити та піддати аналізу зародження й становлення української радянської музичної культури 1920-х рр. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у встановленні, що романси В. Косенка досконалі за формою й текстурою, легко засвоюються, відзначаються наспівною мелодикою й емоційно-схвильованим характером. Велику увагу заслуговує концертно-пропагандистська діяльність В. Косенка, оскільки її спрямованість була зумовлена поставленими перед тодішньою інтелігенцією завданнями, пов'язаними з корінними перетвореннями в галузі освіти й культури (допомогти різним верствам населення оволодіти знаннями, осягнути цінності літератури й мистецтва). Висновки. У статті зазначається, що у ході житомирського періоду творчості (протягом 1918-1929 рр.) сформувався талант В. Косенка як виконавця-піаніста і композитора-лірика. Доведено, що у складний період В. Косенко створив високохудожні зразки камерної вокальної та інструментальної музики, ряд пісень, хорів і солоспівів та кілька симфонічних творів, що свідчили про високу професіональну майстерність композитора, демократичне спрямування його музики і дістали тоді широке громадське визнання. Стаття присвячена концепції моралі у філософських творах Івана Франка. Видатний український письменник, поет, драматург Іван Франко не був професійним філософом, але продукував впливові філософські ідеї у формі філософської публіцистики. У статті стверджується, що Іван Франко зробив величезний внесок в українську етичну думку, дослідження якого є сьогодні актуальним завданням філософського франкознавства. Стаття виявляє неоднозначне, суперечливе і, разом, гармонійне розуміння українським мислителем феномена людської моралі, філософських підстав такого розуміння і його поняттєвої форми. Аналіз текстів філософської публіцистики Івана Франка виявив дві відмінні позиції автора щодо природи моралі. З одного боку, це позитивістське розуміння моралі як природного відбору людьми в процесі еволюції суспільства найефективніших форм співжиття на основі власного досвіду, тобто розуміння апостеріорного статусу моралі. З іншого боку, це близьке до етики Канта бачення моралі як апріорних норм, вироблених з природних нахилів або розуму людини. Перша позиція випливає зі стандартів науковості, яких додержувався Франко, інша – з його філософської інтуїції. Порівняння обох позицій у текстах Франка дало підставу стверджувати, що, попри поверхову суперечність, обидві точки зору ґрунтуються на єдиній основі, на єдиному погляді на природу моралі. Цей погляд пов'язує мораль із сутністю людини, яка відповідає вищому рівню світового розвитку. Мораль водночас притаманна природі людини і в цьому сенсі апріорна, але також виробляється з людського досвіду на основі природних нахилів, будучи в цьому сенсі апостеріорною.
У статті розглядається проблема співвідношення двох етичних парадигм, репрезентованих етикою Канта і етикою неокантіанства, у творчості українського філософа початку ХХ ст. Б.О.Кістяківського. Показано, що українській філософ у своїй концепції намагається поєднати принципи етичної деонтології і етики цінностей. Це призводить до певного відходу від послідовного раціоналізму, автономії, формальності й універсальності моралі, характерних для етики Канта. Робиться висновок, що етика Б.О.Кістяківського ґрунтується на цінностях, насамперед, на цінності людської особистості, але розгортається як система етичних норм, що утворюють незалежну від природної необхідності сферу належного.
З проблемою детермінованості майбутнього пов'язана проблема меж і можливостей нашого пізнання майбутнього. Інший аспект проблеми стосується способів пізнання майбутнього. На цьому напрямі напрацьований великий досвід і він потребує осмислення.Майбутнє для людини є чимось більшим ніж пізнавальним образом, воно є екзистенційним станом людини. Людина постійно перебуває в майбутньому, залишаючись при цьому в теперішньому і, частково, в минулому. Цей суб'єктивний стан майбутнього людини є особливою темою філософського осмислення.
Розуміння часу дає шанс розкрити таємниці світу й людського життя. Особливо загадковим із часових станів для людини виглядає майбутнє. Майбутнє як один із станів часу постає і як необхідний складник світу, в якому ми знаходимо себе, і як визначальний вимір людського життя. Проблема майбутнього має декілька аспектів. Насамперед, це онтологічна проблема. Епістемологічний аспект проблеми майбутнього стосується можливості його пізнання. Окремо постають проблеми майбутнього в галузях філософії природничих наук і філософії суспільства. Філософія людини також не є повноцінною без роздумів про людське, антропологічне майбутнє. Розуміння філософами майбутнього в його різних аспектах залежить від загальної концептуалізації проблем часу. Кожна концепція часу з тих, що склалися й набули визнання у філософії, має свій образ майбутнього і викликає свої питання щодо його онтологічного і епістемологічного статусу.
The aim of the article was to investigate the principles of the implementation of diplomatic policy and the problems of the Russian-Ukrainian war settlement by applying the method of mediation. The work is based on the use of both special methods of political research and general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction). With the help of a prognostic method, an attempt was made to characterize the short-term results of the introduction of political mediation in the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war. The results showed that mediation is a special negotiation technology for resolving political conflicts. The key tasks of mediation in political conflict resolution are neutralization of negative consequences of the confrontation, search for dissonance between the parties and development of a strategy for further actions, etc. It is concluded that, at this stage of the war, political mediation to resolve the problems is possible only due to the military failures of the Russian side and the Ukrainian collaborators supported by it.
COVID-19 and Russia's war against Ukraine have created many challenges for the business models of SMEs, stimulating them to develop alternative forms of business. Among the key alternatives, one should single out digitization. However, imperfections of Ukraine's state support system for digital transformation necessitate adapting the positive practice of leading countries with excellent business digitalization. Therefore, this paper structures the practical experience of state support of European countries in the digitalization of SMEs. The study conducts a cluster analysis to identify countries whose experience in state support for business digitalization is the best for adoption. Clustering employed the criterion of using key digitization instruments: internet of things, integration of business processes into electronic processes, digital integration with customers/suppliers, cloud services, big data analysis, and artificial intelligence. Thus, 4 clusters were identified (the first cluster comprises 16 countries, the second – 2, the third – 5, and the fourth – 7). These findings contributed to the selection of some key measures. They included: expanding the financial capabilities of SMEs to adopt digital technologies in their processes; formation of digital hard skills among entrepreneurs and increasing the personnel potential of SME digitization; creation of a favorable business environment to stimulate the digital activity of SMEs; and popularization of business digitalization strategy as a component of digital transformation strategy in society.
Using an empirically based methodology, the scientific approaches to define the concepts of "innovation" and "innovation policy" are summarized. It is substantiated that the goal of implementing innovative entrepreneurship is the transition to an innovative model of development, which requires the implementation of the following priority tasks: integration of all stages of innovative entrepreneurship in the region; formation of competitive regional innovative products; increasing the level of quality of institutional infrastructure; improvement of information provision of innovative processes; stimulation of regional business entities to ensure innovative activity; creation of communications in the "science-production" system; ensuring quality training of specialists in the field of innovative entrepreneurship; development of knowledge-intensive industries; effective use of innovative potential and intellectual capital of the region. Modeling of the innovative entrepreneurship profile of the regions led to the conclusion that the main task, for each of the regions, is to develop measures to increase the level of formation of its innovative entrepreneurship space, which will have the effect of optimizing the economic results of the operation and increase its competitiveness in domestic and international markets.
